- What security measures are in place?

With the Try Before You Buy program, there is no need for credit card at all. All you need to provide to us is your name, your email address, and your shipping address.

If you choose to order using our normal shopping cart procedure, we guarantee 100% data security. Because all the customer data is strictly encrypted using the industry-standard 128-bit SSL, it is impossible to read or hack the information. When you see the padlock icon on your web browser, you can be assured that the data you enter is protected by SSL.

In addition, we guarantee that any of the customer data will be solely used for improving our customer service, and will not be passed to any other third party.

- Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. As stated above, all the customer data including the credit card number and the expiry date is protected by 128-bit SSL. This information is collected solely for the purpose of payment authorization and processing via the Merchant Services of TD Canada Trust Bank.

- What are my payment options?

With the Try Before You Buy program, there is no credit card required. you can pay by cheque after you have received the garments and tried them at home.

If you choose to order using our shopping cart procedure, we accepts all three major credit cards, including VISA, MASTER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

- How can I redeem a coupon or promotional number?

We often give out coupons or promotional numbers to our customers.

If you choose to pay by credit card in the normal shopping cart checkout process, to redeem a coupon, simply register as a customer if you haven't done so. Then enter the coupon number on the "Checkout: Enter Contact Information" page, followed by clicking the "Enter" button. At the end of the checkout, you will see the promotion or discount being reflected in the total dollar amount.

With the Try Before You Buy program, redeeming a coupon is even easier. When you request item(s) to be sent to you, please indicate that you wish to apply a coupon by telling us the coupon number. We will then adjust the invoice by subtracting the coupon value from the total amount. In case you decide not to keep the outfit after you have tried it at home, we can re-activate the same coupon so that you can use it for future purchases.

In case you forget your coupon number, please send us an email at info@boutiqueELAN.com. We will gladly reply to you with your coupon number.

- What is the Try Before You Buy program?

This program is a risk-free way to decide if you like something in the comfort of your own home (and mirrors) before you even make a purchase.

Simply send us an email to info@boutiqueELAN.com and tell us which items you like by giving the style numbers and the sizes. We will ship the package immediately. After you try the outfit at home and if you wish to keep it, simply send us a cheque. In case you are not happy with the clothing, we don't want you to keep it and will assist you in return/exchange. You will find the return a very easy and smooth process.

  • We offer two-way free shipping to anywhere in Canada.
  • We encourage our customers to request multiple items and try them at home. That way not only you can spend the time to experience different styles without rushing into decision, but also you can hear comments from your friends and family. After you have decided what items to keep, you can simply return the rest of your package to Boutique ELAN by following these simple steps and meanwhile, send us a cheque. Boutique ELAN will pay for the initial as well as the return shippings.
  • Most of our customers will receive their orders within a few days.
  • If you wish to exchange your items, please follow these simple steps. Boutique ELAN will pay for the shipping costs for the return of the first purchase, as well as the delivery of the second order. We will ship out the new order even before receiving the old order form you!

    - How do I change my account information?

    Personal information related to your account and your order history is available to you when you log into your account. To access your account information, you will need to first sign in to the “My Account” page, then you can edit your information.

    - How long does it take for me to receive my order?

    Currently, we use the Canada Post Expedited Service due to its outstanding efficiency and reliability. As part of our Try Before You Buy program, you will not pay for the shippings.

    - When will my order be shipped?

    Boutique ELAN ships out the package either the same day or in the next business day after the order has been requested, excluding statutory holidays.

    - Can I track my order?

    Yes. Since all orders are shipped via the Canada Post Expedited Service, you can track your order by logging onto www.CanadaPost.ca using a tracking number provided by us.

    - How do I return my order?

    We have a complete hassle-free 60-day return policy.

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept and refund the items provided they are in resellable condition and the hang tags have not been removed.

    Steps to follow when returning an order:
    1 Send an email to info@boutiqueELAN.com to notify us and include the order number and the style numbers of the items to be returned. Meanwhile, pack your purchased item(s) in the original packaging.
    2 Once we have received your email, we will immmediately send you back a pre-paid Canada Post mailing label.
    3 Print out the mailing label (in pdf format) and attach it to the original packaging. In case you don't have access to a printer, please let us know and we will mail a hard-copy of the label to you.
    4 Drop the package to any Canada Post outlet. Please make sure the box is well sealed before giving it to the post office.
    5 Once Boutique ELAN receives the returned item(s), we will immediately send you a cheque if you paid for your order by cheque. If your order was paid by credit card, we will issue a credit of your purchase (including the sales tax) to your credit card.
    6 Check your email. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as we finish processing your return and refund. It normally takes less than a week for you to receive the refund cheque. Please also note that your credit card company may take 7 - 10 business days to complete the credit transaction.

    - What if I want to exchange my item(s)?

    If for any reason you want to exchange your purchased items for new ones, we will gladly accept your original purchase provided they are in resellable condition and the hang tags have not been removed.

    Steps to follow when returning an order:
    1 Send an email to info@boutiqueELAN.com to notify us the desired new item(s). We will ship the new order right away without charging the shipping cost, even before we receive the old purchase from you.
    2 Meanwhile, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can print it out and attach it to the original packaging.
    3 Drop the original packaging to any one of the Canada Post outlets. As soon as we receive the original purchase, we will either refund or charge the difference between the new and the old orders.

    - Who pays for return shipping?

    As stated above, Boutique ELAN will pay for the return shipping, because we want to make sure that every purchase is a complete worry-free experience.
