and I love it! We did however have some trouble finding the right size.
I wear a medium normally but had to get an extra-large from you.
This didn’t bother me too much but it might make a number of women turn away.

but the large was too tight and you didn’t have the extra-large available.
Your show prices were amazing so I wish I could have bought it then.

You pictures are clear and beautifully taken. They are not
deceiving as your models look about the average size. I love how
you have information about waist and hips so it's easier for me to
approximate what size I will need. The details are great.
With regard to my concern about shopping on your boutique, mostly
it will be the product quality, for example,

here looks beautiful but the fabric almost looks as if it was
translucent, which is why I am SO GLAD you have the try before you
buy program. Absolutely amazing.

It is awesome to have an online boutique that carries fashions so classic and feminine. I was also intrigued by the
idea of
Try before You Buy
because it was unheard of for me. I did exactly what (customer care specialist) Sarah suggested to me -
requested multiple items and tried them at home.
I ordered two styles -
one B & W
and
the other in the Blue category.
Within a couple of days I received the package. The clothes were just amazing.
I was able to try them on in front of my family and friends. At the end I decided to keep the blue style and returned the b & w combination.
The whole (shopping) experience was surprisingly smooth. Apparently, Boutique ELAN is trying hard
to address the concerns with online shopping. You guys are terrific!

This trench coat
has amazing structure and style for any body type. The tie-dye pattern adds a current twist to this
well-loved classic. Great to be worn on it's own as a dress or layered over a simple tank and capris.

The dress collection in your boutique is impressive. I fell in love in many of them. Eventually, I purchased the
black dress
that has sophisticated red embroidery on one side. It looks just as gorgeous as it shows on the website. I felt so good wearing it
in front my friends in a recent gathering and I received many compliments. Thank you for this wondering dress. By the way, I like your

concept. Although I didn't end up returning my dress, I felt at complete ease when I made the purchase knowing that I didn't have to

I am always a bit hesitant about buying things, especially clothes, over the Internet. When I received
my coat,
I have to say--I was delighted. I like the cut, colour and fabric. I would expect to pay more than I did for such a well-made coat.
I pride myself on buying clothes, accessories and jewellery that are unique and express my personal style.
I find that I often have to look in other cities for something exciting, well-made, enduring (not too trendy), and "different."
